According to the new laws and the approval of the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, as well as the instructions for holding scientific-research conferences of Islamic Azad University, from now on, only the conferences that are registered in the Science Reference Database of the Islamic World (ISC) are valid according to the Ministry of Science and Only the papers presented in the conferences indexed in ISC have a research score and a thesis score.

It is worth noting that only prestigious academic conferences have the possibility to be indexed in the Science Reference Database of the Islamic World (ISC). Therefore, all accepted articles and certificates presented in this conference are accepted and approved by all universities and organizations affiliated to the Ministry of Science. Research and technology in Iran and other scientific centers of the world and dear researchers can benefit from the above privilege.

Since the science measurement criteria are based on scientific laws, those scientific products that are indexed by ISC are equal to the products produced by ISI. Therefore, registering a scientific conference in the reference science database of the Islamic world, from the researchers' point of view; academics and researchers, it is of particular importance in terms of the degree of scientific evaluation of that conference. The Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, by creating the Islamic World Science Citation Database (ISC) and managing it, evaluates the scientific status of universities, research and technology centers, seminaries, publications, scientists and authors of articles in scientific journals of Iran and other Islamic countries based on citation analysis. .
